What about some more 'adjacent universe' canon characters or a new villain who is snatching characters out of time and space for some reason - I'm just brainstorming, I don't have any idea why someone would want to snatch people out of time itself. Perhaps to harness power or use time wortex energy or something that sounds sciency, complicated and impressive? Any sciency people out there?
For the site...do members have the opportunity to have an OOC Journal. On one site I used to go on, members who wanted it could have a sub-board all to themselves. It was basically like an on site facebook or bebo.

I think we need a super-villain too. The Nameless are like MUAHAHA WE EATED YOUR SECOND HEART! But we only have ONE person who plays one...and she's not the most active person in the Universe
We're getting a large number of more WhiteChapel and I.O. people - so I think we should have more serious plots with them, maybe? Ahhh I gotta go - but -hands cookie- thanks for the ideaszzz!
Eeeeee, a super-villain! I like the sounds of that! Do you anything more specific in mind what you'd want from a super-villain? i.e. male/female, human/alien/time lord, working with Whitechapel or a completely independent entity etc?

Well I've been meaning to post my plot idea in general - then I'll get to your question, Abi
Okay - so I talked to a few people about this idea...
SOO - Whitechapel is basically run by a bunch of 'weak' humans. As tough mentally, and physically as they are - they're still only humans. Short lifespan. Die easily. You get the picture. Time Lords and other aliens, however, are less prone to death. What if Whitechapel was to capture aliens [mostly Time Lords, probably] and force them to go through tests and experiments to try to figure out what makes them tick - and how they can replicate it. Then we'd have the unlucky - or maybe just brave - humans that are getting the treatments to make them stronger and more 'alien'.
Though WC is totally against aliens - I can see them enjoying the use of having...two hearts or maybe regeneration abilities. Of course it wouldn't stick right and the entire project would be a huge mess - but I kinda see the epic RAWR of it all.
Just an idea that hit me.

Fe/male....*ponders* Both are good. Our past and current "villains" weren't THAT evil. We had Lokei - who was played by Ash...but she's gone now. Syn is kind of a villain - considering he sold out the Time Lords in order to keep his own hearts beating...or something like that We had the Monarch...but we don't talk about him. We had Torrel once, too - he was epic. He just got too busy for the site His character was a Time Agent. Stole the Doctor's Sonic. Yupyup.
That's about it.

Species...we need more Nameless, period. I think the super 'villain' might be a Whitechapel head or something, maybe? Or just someone that REALLY hates aliens and works there? I've been wanting to work I.O./WC into the main plot more, rather then just having it some additive to the site.
Right now our 'enemy groups' are Whitechapel and the Nameless - not to mention the Saul on Ohw...which was a plot that never really took off. Instead of creating yet another group - maybe we could combine them somehow? Like a link between them all? Some super-power that's like RAWR I'M A BEAST.

(disturbingly enough) I really, really like the idea of a super-villain
I was thinking about how to weave together a few of the threads and concept that are happening, and this is what I've come up with...
Supervillain(esse) is actually a sophisticated and highly intelligent alien but non-immortal alien who actively covets the Time Lords' ability to regenerate and travel in time & space. Possibly they're even a bit like the Krillitane - wanting to steal the best attributes and technologies of various alien races, but obviously Time Lords are 'The Big One'. So, having taken notice of the fact that Time Lords seem to love visiting Earth so much, plus the fact that there's a handy-dandy organisation already set up to deal with aliens, maybe our villain joined WhiteChapel (hiding their true alien nature, of course) and worked their up to the top, or near the top. They've been experimenting on various captured aliens over the years, trying to steal their secrets and abilities.
Perhaps, since they're a reasonably advanced and sophisticated alien, they were the ones that gave the Nameless a little nudge in the right direction, suggesting that they stop the Time Lords' second heart as a means of flushing them out, making them vulnerable and possibly more pliant to a little 'persuasion'?
That's option #1. Option #2 is that supervillain(esse) is just a normal, if totally ruthless and xenophobic human who hates aliens but again covets the Time Lords' powers. WhiteChapel captured a Nameless but instead of killing it, decided they could use them for their own ends and got them to stop the Time Lords' second heart...etc...Cue captured Gallifreyan, DNA extraction, experimentation on unlucky guinea pigs and results that leave people saying "Ooooh....we're gonna need a mop."
Perhaps this could lead to something like what 'The Great Christmas Purging' was heading towards, only with better organisation and not 2 million people in the same thread - the Time Lords are at their most vulnerable, WhiteChapel is on the move, battle lines are being drawn and everyone has to decide whose side they are on...*da da da DUM*

I'm going to have a special thread about 'Rping with yourself' since we have such a small population on this site now, and we need a lot to pull this off. Lots of 'yeah I play two or three people in this thread' is going to happen
No biggie though. I've managed to pull it off before - so it should be like OMG xD

I feel like we'd just keep repeating the trend of "oh you think you're so powerfuLLL? -new kickass alien race- MUAHAHA" o.o I think I'm leaning towards the human-based one. For some reason I like the idea of making a TL stutter when they try to speak nice of the Earthlings.
Well I have my 'Head WC' charrie I should probably get further under-way, to really help out this plot. He is totally going to have a pet hedgehog. >.> -is not obsessed with those epic little creatures-
I'll do more "organizing" of the site, in order for it to be all shiny and clean for the new plot. IE: updating the rules, moving threads, archiving inactive people that are pissing me off, etc...

Just had a late idea, buuuuut because we're thinking of expanding the WC/IO aspect of the site, what if they had their own mini HQ-boards? That way, if they're more "official" and there's actually somewhere where they can scheme/delegate in it'd be a lot easier than having one or two Whitechapel characters running around quite aimlessly. If people can associate some direction with these organisations and they had a solid foundation, they may be more ready to create these types of characters.

ANYWAY - so plot!
WhiteChapel is going to do testing on Time Lords so they can figure out the abilities for themselves, in which Time Lords covet. So we need Time Lords to be captured...perhaps more Nameless to help orchestrate WhiteChapel capturing the little buggars hahaha.

*thinks* I think we need a board where people can *ahem* sacrifice post their characters or characters they have created, to be Experiments, Rent Boys, Victims for WhiteChapel, *thinks more* or maybe we should nominate people lolz, jokes, but seriously, we need a board of some Sort ... or is there already one ... I seem to remember reading about it here somewhere, just refresh my memory?
